Support to Vulnerable Distressed Persons (SVDP) Myanmar Earthquake

This initiative allows individual and institutional donors to direct their contributions exclusively to support communities devastated by the 7.7 magnitude earthquake that struck Myanmar on March 28, 2025. Classified as a Targeted Donation by MIF, all funds will be allocated specifically to aid the most vulnerable survivors—particularly in the hardest-hit Mandalay region, where thousands have been left without shelter, clean water, and basic necessities.

Support to Vulnerable Distressed Persons (SVDP) Yangon Project

This project is a project whereby the individual or institutional donors indicate or instruct the MIF to use their donations ONLY for the specific area or group of poor or vulnerable distressed people. The MIF define this type of donations as Targeted Donations. Thus, the SVDP Yangon project is targeted to the poor and/or vulnerable distressed people of Yangon Region area.

Support to Vulnerable Distressed Persons (SVDP) Dawbon Project

This project is a project whereby the individual or institutional donors indicate or instruct the MIF to use their donations ONLY for the specific area or group of poor or vulnerable distressed people. The MIF define this type of donations as Targeted Donations. Thus, the SVDP Dawbon project is targeted to the poor or vulnerable distressed people of Dawbon Township area.

Support to Vulnerable Distressed Persons (SVDP) Embassy Project

This project is a project whereby the individual or institutional donors indicate or instruct the MIF to use their donations ONLY for the specific area or group of poor or vulnerable distressed people. The MIF define this type of donations as Targeted Donations. Thus, the SVDP Embassy project is targeted to the poor and/or vulnerable distressed people in different countries who are severely distressed as they lost their jobs as diplomats unlawfully dismissed by the military some facing eviction processes from their dwellings as well as uncertain immigration status and are facing dire difficulties with families, including women and children, in a foreign land.

Support to Vulnerable Distressed Persons (SVDP) Transparency Project

This project is a project whereby the individual or institutional donors indicate or instruct the MIF to use their donations ONLY for the specific area or group of poor or vulnerable distressed people. The MIF define this type of donations as Targeted Donations. Thus, the SVDP Transparency project is targeted to the poor and/or vulnerable distressed people in different parts of Myanmar who are severely distressed as they lost their jobs as professionals and trained technicians in auditing, accounting and transparency-related areas unlawfully dismissed by the military and are facing dire difficulties with families, including women and children.
